EuroMillions is a transnational lottery, launched on 7 February 2004 by France's Française des Jeux, Spain's Loterías y Apuestas del Estado and the United Kingdom's Camelot. The first draw was held on Friday 13 February 2004 in Paris. Initially, only the UK, France and Spain participated, with the Austrian, Belgian, Irish, Luxembourgish, Portuguese and Swiss lotteries joining for the 8 October 2004 drawing. One of the original three countries to offer the EuroMillions, France now also gives players the chance to participate in the My Million Raffle with an amazing guaranteed prize of €1 million in the European lottery’s bi-weekly draws.
EuroMillions is drawn in Paris every Tuesday and Friday at 21:00 CET. Wednesday and Saturday 08:00 AEDT
